Q: Do you offer full service grooming?
A: Yes, we provide all services performed in a traditional grooming salon.

Q: What type of pets do you groom?
A: We groom all breeds of dogs and cats. We also groom bunnies, guinea pigs, and even birds.

Q: How long does it take to groom my pet?
A: Most pets are groomed within 1-1 1/2 hours.

Q: How do you get my pet groomed so quickly?
A: We groom one pet at a time from start to finish. We believe that giving your pet our undivided attention that we are able to achieve great results in less time.

Q: Do you use cages?
A: No, we only groom one home at a time so there is no need to cage your pet.

Q: Do you express anal glands?
A: We externally express anal glands during our bathing process.

Q: Is it necessary to book an appointment?
A: Appointments are scheduled in advance to accommodate all of our customers. It is recommended to pre-book your next appointment to ensure a date and time that fits your schedule best.

Q: Would you groom my dog while I am at work, or out for the day?
A: Yes, this is one of the many benefits to mobile grooming. After your pets first appointment, you may supply us with a key or security code to use for future appointments.

Q: Do you keep grooming history records?
A: Yes. We maintain a detailed customer record for each pet groomed, to include pet owner information as well as services rendered to the pet during each visit.

Q: Do you allow pet owners to come into the vehicle and watch as you groom?
A: To avoid a stressful situation for the pet, we do not recommend the owner be in the vehicle during the groom. It is more difficult for the groomer to control the pet when the pet can see or hear his or her owner. The owners are offered a full tour of the salon before the groom.


Q: Is your facility air conditioned?
A: Yes, our mobile salon is fully insulated and climate controlled with both air conditioning and heating.

Q: Do you need to hook-up to my water and electricity?
A: No, unlike many mobile vans, ours is equipped with enough resources to be self-contained, eliminating the need for intrusive outside power or water hook- up.

Q: Do you re-circulate your water?
A: No, we never re-use water. Our fresh water and dirty water are stored in separate tanks.

Q: Do you have hot water? A: Yes.

Q: How often do you clean your facility?
A: Our mobile salon is most likely the cleanest you will find. All of our equipment is cleaned after each appointment, and is disinfected daily for your pet’s comfort and safety.

Q: Is your tub and equipment full sized?
A: Yes, all of our equipment is state of the art and full size, including the tub.
